This is Cupcake from the Stitch ‘N Bitch book. I don’t know what kind of figure the designer had but the pattern was totally impossible. I had to completely revamp the whole thing so that it would even go over my bust. You can see from the photo that it still has some issues. On the other hand, I did like the way the little sleeve was designed. It was simply a triangle with the top point cut off. I’ve since used this sleeve shape in other patterns I have designed and it always works very well.
