Copyright Policy

I offer my patterns for free so that others can enjoy making them, gifting them, and selling them. I would like to give everyone an opportunity to have access to my patterns.  With that in mind, I’ve adopted the following policy:

All of my patterns, photos, and diagrams are copyrighted. You may use my images on your website or blog by including the phrase:

Copyright Carol Wolf, Wolf Crochet with a link to Wolf Crochet or the web address (www.wolfcrochet,wordpress.com)

You may make copies of my patterns for your personal use to make a project.  You may donate or sell items made from my patterns if you include the following phrase on the tag:

Pattern by Carol Wolf, Wolf Crochet with a link to Wolf Crochet or the web address (www.wolfcrochet.wordpress.com)

    Thank you Carol for the lovely designs and the clear policy on your copyright. I love the “Heart Throb” bag and would love to make a couple for a womens health event where I am a vendor. I will let you know how it goes. The event is in June. Thanks again.

    Hi, Carol! I love your ring hat! I sell things I crochet at craft fairs. I usually do not put a tag in my stuff. On my craft table I put the name and price of the item in a picture frame for all to see. Would this be sufficient? Thanks! Stephanie C.

      Hi Stephanie! Thank you for choosing my pattern for your craft fair items. The framed name and price is okay as long as you include the wording that I specify on the copyright page. I would like others to have the opportunity to download my free patterns and I would like them to be aware that they came from my website. Thank you and good luck at the craft fair! :-)
